The staff here were really friendly and always there when I needed them. the room I stayed in was great - super clean with a beautiful view, and the bathroom was spotless too! 😊

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the bustling market area. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance, from shops and eateries to popular attractions. We also loved how the hotel provided excellent room service, ensuring that all our needs were met. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel truly pampered throughout our stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, tea and coffee makers, and free Wi-Fi, making us feel right at home. We were also impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable stay for guests.

Despite the many positives, there were a few areas for improvement. The infrastructure of the rooms could be better, as we experienced a leakage issue in the bathroom.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The view from our room was simply breathtaking, offering a stunning backdrop to our time in Darjeeling. The breakfast each morning was top-notch, and we were particularly impressed with the humble and attentive staff, especially Shweta, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel itself had a cozy and inviting atmosphere, making us feel right at home. we would definitely recommend giving this hotel a try when visiting Darjeeling. In terms of value for money, it exceeded our expectations and provided us with a memorable experience.

The hotel is located very close to the main town area and the Chawk Bazar market, which is great for shopping and exploring. the rooms are cozy and well-decorated, with comfortable beds and stunning views of the surroundings. the bathroom is clean and spacious, with hot water available all the time. the staff members are accommodating and courteous, and the breakfast is delicious and varied.

Pathetic customer service and rooms. Room allocation was an issue, and despite repeated reminders, the TV remote was missing from the room.
